1. SWITCH OFF
Switch of those electronic devices at least 30 minutes before you go to bed. The devices promote wakefulness so aren’t ideal right before bed.
2. WIND DOWN
Create a night time routine to help you unwind at night, this might include shower/bath, read a book while sipping Adrenal Switch.
3. REGULAR SLEEP
Create a regular sleep pattern. Which means set a bed time and a wake time, make sure you stick to it and you will notice your body fall into a great sleep pattern.
Keep your room nice and dark as this will promote uninterrupted sleep.
5. QUIET ENVIRONMENT
Try to create quiet environment to sleep in. Our brain focuses on the noises around us even when we are asleep just in case, they prove to be dangerous.
Try and change just one (or all) thing on this list to start creating a great night sleep. You wouldn’t believe how much good sleeping patterns helps your Recovery & Performance in and outside the gym.
